T-15 Series and T10~3: Mechanical thermostats

 

The T15 series can switch on and off devices (fans, heaters, alarms) at a set temperature. The T15-4 mechanical thermostat enables, in combination with a Mf-Net transformer, fan control based on temperature. The T15 series are intended for single-phase use and the T10~3 are specially for three phase applications.

ETD-C: Electronic, digital thermostat

 

Mf-Net Stand alone controller ETD-C

The ETD-C enables climate control by direct fan control based on temperature by sequentially switching fans on and off (cascade). It offers the possibility to control a heater and an alarm. Minimum and maximum ventilation level is adjustable. The ETD-C is equipped with an auto cooling down correction, an empty room function, an air inlet signal and a programmable 0-10V output signal. The maximum total current is 10 Amps for all relays together. To deal with higher currents or to drive three-phase fans additional contacts could be necessary.

Humidcon-s: Humidity controller

 

Mf-Net Stand alone controller ETD-C

The Humidcon-s can regulate the humidity in an area by activating a spray system and ventilators. The 'on' and cycle time of the valves in the spray system can be set accurately using the programmable timer. If no humidity sensor is connected, the ventilators contain to run and the valves in the spray system are activated continuously, in accordance with the preset 'on' and cycle time. If a humidity sensor has been fitted, the relative humidity can be read off and set. When the reading is too low, the Humidcon-s regulates the relative humidity by activating the spray valves in cycles, in accordance with the preset value. If the humidity climbs above the set value, the spray valves are disactivated and the ventilator continues to run for one hour.

AEW 6.3: Digital climate controller

 

Mf-Net AEW 6.3

The AEW 6.3 enables continuous climate control by single-phase fan control based on temperature. It offers the possibility to adjust the bandwidth. Minimum and maximum ventilation level is also adjustable. The AEW 6.3 is equipped with a programmable 0-10V output signal. The AEW 6.3 can easily be expanded. One of the options is to connect multiple Trilink-2t controllers to drive and control additional fans.

The AEW-D 10 enables continuous climate control by fan control based on temperature. It offers the possibility to control a heater and an alarm. Minimum and maximum ventilation level is adjustable. The AEW-D 10 is equipped with an auto cooling down correction, an air inlet signal and a programmable 0-10V output signal. It can easily be expanded. One of the options is to connect multipleTrilink-2t controllersto drive and control additional fans.

Master-5

 

Mf-Net Master-5

The Master-5 is a main controller, to which 0-10V modules (e.g. triac or frequency controller) simply can be connected. The Master-5 enables through a 0-10V signal, a continuous variable climate control, based on temperature. It offers the possibility to control a heater and an alarm. The minimum and maximum ventilation level is adjustable. The Master-5 is equipped with an auto cooling down correction, 2 programmable 0-10V output signals. One of the options is to connect several modules, to control and drive fans, transformers, winch motors and valves.

Relink-2s

 

Mf-Net Relink 2S

The Relink-2s enables the drive of a step transformer through a 0-10V signal. It is especially designed to control Mf-Net transformers (such as the STW-A, the STD-A and the SEA). The Relink-2s can also control non Mf-Net single phase transformers up to 10 Amps. To deal with currents higher than 10 Amps or with three-phase transformers, additional contactors could be necessary.

The Relink-2c enables ventilation control by sequentially switching fans on and off (cascade) based on a 0-10V input. The maximum total current is 10 Amps (total for the five relays). Relink-3i

 

Mf-Net Relink 3i

The Relink-3i enables the control of a motor driven air inlet or curtain based on a 0-10V input signal. The Relink-3i can control winch motors with and without potentiometer feedback. With potentiometer feedback the position of the valve is determined by the value of the potentiometer. Without this feedback the position is based on the running time of the valve.
